Sporty You Jewellery offers 6 month guarantee for manufacturing faults. Return of these items is the sole responsibility of the sender and at their cost. Should the damage have occurred due to ‘wear and tear’ discolouration due to metal-skin reaction, mishandling or not caring for your piece as per our Care Guide it will not be covered under warranty. Assessment of the returned piece will be conducted by our qualified Jeweller and a report will be issued.
To carefully maintain your new piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, corrosive elements and extreme temperatures. Chemicals and some household substances can weaken metal or damage the colour, clarity or lustre of jewellery even if not immediately apparent. The most important factor in caring for your fine jewellery is understanding appropriate wear. As much as we want you to love and enjoy wearing your jewellery, it’s important to remove pieces when Applying Cosmetic Products, Lotions, Soaps, or Perfumes.
Sporty You Black Oxidised Bracelet will naturally change over time and lighten to a steely grey. Neoprene is reasonably robust and designed to withstand regular wear.
These can degrade materials and damage the colour, clarity or lustre of your piece, either immediately or over time. Soaps and lotions also cause a build-up that attracts dirt and can cause them to look cloudy or milky.
Please choose carefully. Sporty You Jewellery will not normally accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have a statutory right to choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or do not do what they are supposed to do.
Sporty You Jewellery has a 30 day return policy and offers a full refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it subject to the following and we will try to accommodate you if you have a change of mind and may accept a return at our sole discretion. Where applicable, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
